This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to donations made through our website, campaigns, and fundraising activities.


1. Donations are Generally Non-Refundable

Donations made to GodGift Foundation are considered voluntary contributions for charitable purposes and are generally non-refundable. We encourage donors to carefully review their donation details before completing a transaction.


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate donation was made unintentionally.
  • An incorrect donation amount was entered due to a technical or human error.
  • An unauthorized transaction occurred using your payment method.
  • A technical issue resulted in multiple charges for the same donation.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date for review.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests may not be approved in the following cases:

  • The donation was made voluntarily and intentionally.
  • The funds have already been allocated to ongoing charitable programs.
  • The request is submitted after the eligible refund period.
  • The donor changes their mind after completing the donation.
  • Incorrect information was provided by the donor during payment.

4. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Refunds may be issued through bank transfer, UPI, debit card, or credit card.
  • Processing time may take approximately 7–15 working days.
  • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

5. Donation Receipt & Tax Benefits

Once a donation receipt has been generated and the donation has been recorded in our accounts, refund requests will be reviewed carefully and may be subject to applicable legal and accounting requirements.

Incomplete or unverifiable requests may result in delays or rejection of the refund request.


7. Review & Approval

All refund requests are reviewed individually by GodGift Foundation. Approval of refunds will depend on the circumstances of the transaction and the information provided by the donor.
